Directive piezo actuator with programmable directivity

Assessment of the directivity of a piezo actuator with specific design, the direcivity of which if frequency-dependent. The directivity is assessed through coupled physics numerical time-domain FE simulation, and post-processed using time-averaged 2D-spatial FFT of the out-of-place plate displacement.
